Pilgrim Run Thursday

The Pilgrim Run, sponsored by the Pilgrim Center in Hyde Park, will host a 5K event on Thanksgiving morning.  Proceeds from this event will benefit the Children’s Programs of the Pilgrim Center.  It starts on Thursday, November 22, at 9:00 A.M.  Pilgrim Chapel, 3801 Gillham Road.  Registration ends November 20th at midnight.  http://www.pilgrimrun.org/

General Election This Tuesday

The general election is this Tuesday, November 6th.  The vote will decide Presidential, Senatorial, and Congressional representatives, as well as more State and Local officials.  In addition, voters will decide on a Constitutional Amendment, and a few Propositions.  To view a sample ballot, click here.  If you have questions about where to vote, or if you're registered, contact the Kansas City Board of Elections.
