Your Southmoreland Neighborhood Association dues and Security Patrol contributions help pay for off-duty police officers to patrol the neighborhood. Although we have had several instances of crime in the neighborhood, compared to nearby neighborhoods, crime is down. We contribute this to having the additional patrol in Southmoreland.

It is alarming to see rape on the stats - this is a rarity in the neighborhood and it is believed that the victim and assailant knew each other.
